The hotel is clean and a good size, with a fantastic location near La Concha beach and the city center, as well as Ondetta beach, a quieter and more exclusive spot nearby.

We were in a double room with facilities wide screen TV, large bed, for example. The private parking was across the street, good service. Got concierge service free of charge, not bad too.

The room was great-sized and fashionable and reasonably priced.

It's a little way out of the action, but there are regular and low cost (£1.50) buses that will take you in. Lack of free wi-fi is annoying - it was cheaper to buy a roaming package from my mobile phone provider.

This place has a modern interior design and is close to La Concha beach, the bus stop, and charming cafes and restaurants, providing easy access to everything you need.

It was very noisy between around 9am and 6pm due to building work in the hotel. There was no sign in reception to warn or to apologise. And Internet very expensive. But, this is the second time I've stayed here, and this was a one-off problem (the noise). Staff very helpful indeed.

There are energetic and diligent staff members at this venue.

The front desk staff efficient and courteous. The room impeccable. The location is great next to many restaurants, shopping. Convenient to city center by both bus and taxi. Will seay in same hotel on my next visit.

I liked the fact that the desk staff could speak English. It made it so much easier. They were also very helpful with my friend who became ill and had to find a doctor.

The double room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, we loved the incredibly beautiful view of the park, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, and attentive.

Meal hours reflect Spanish customs rather than guests. The bar should have a wider variety of foods for international travelers.

Nice room. Handy to have parking under hotel, but it did add quite a lot to the cost when added to a pricey breakfast...

As mentioned above the additional cost of parking and breakfast was a bit more than expected.
